Installation

  1. Download the archive for your platform from your library.
  2. Verify the SHA-256 checksum shown next to the file.
  3. Extract and follow the README in the package root.
  4. For licensed products, activate with the key shown in your library.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get the files after purchase?
Access is granted by the payment provider's signed webhook, not by the success page. As soon as the webhook is processed the product appears in your library, where you can pick the build for your platform and download it.
How long do I receive updates?
Updates are included for the update window shown on your order and in your library. After that window ends you keep every release you are entitled to and can download them again at any time.
Can I install this on more than one machine?
Most products are licensed to a single operator with unlimited projects. Where activation limits apply they are stated in the licence summary and enforced server-side, and you can deactivate a device from your library.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds follow the published refund policy. If a product is faulty or materially different from its description, contact support and we will resolve it, up to and including a refund.
