Support, policies and contact

Straight answers about downloads, licensing, refunds and privacy. If something here does not resolve your problem, contact support and a person will reply.

Downloads

  • Downloads are always issued from your library, never from an email attachment or a permanent link.
  • Each download link is short-lived and generated only after the server verifies an active entitlement.
  • If a download fails part way through, request it again — a new signed link is issued each time and the previous one expires.
  • Every file lists its size and SHA-256 checksum so you can verify what you received.
  • Withdrawn releases are removed from sale but remain in the library for customers who already own them.

Licensing

  • Products are licensed to the purchaser, not to a machine, unless the product page states an activation limit.
  • Free downloads are licensed for commercial use. The files themselves may not be redistributed or resold.
  • Bundles grant the same licence as buying each included product individually.
  • Updates are included for the update window shown on your order. Releases you were entitled to remain downloadable afterwards.
  • Where activation limits apply you can deactivate a device from your library to free a seat.

Refunds

  • Refunds follow the published policy and are processed through the original payment method.
  • If a product is faulty, materially different from its description, or cannot be made to work with support's help, you are entitled to a refund.
  • A full refund follows the access policy for that product: entitlements may be revoked, and any licence keys issued are suspended.
  • Chargebacks and disputes are handled from verified payment data, and orders and audit history are never deleted.
  • Refunds are recorded with a reason and timestamp so the decision is auditable.

Payment and billing

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. CodePacks never receives or stores your card details.
  • Prices are shown in the stated currency, with taxes calculated at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Guest checkout is supported. After payment you receive a secure link to create an account and claim your purchases.
  • Invoices and receipts are available in your order history.

Privacy

  • We store the minimum needed to fulfil orders: your email, order records and the entitlements that follow from them.
  • Download and security events are recorded with salted hashes rather than raw IP addresses, and retained only as long as needed.
  • Marketing consent is always a separate, explicit choice and is never a condition of purchase.
  • You can request an export of your data or the deletion of your account at any time. Legally required transaction records are retained.
  • We do not sell personal data.

Terms

  • Purchasing a product grants a licence under the terms published on that product page.
  • Products are provided as-is. Descriptions, requirements and compatibility are stated in good faith and updated when they change.
  • Account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for activity under their account.
  • Abuse of download endpoints, licence keys or refund processes may result in access being withdrawn.
  • These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the CodePacks operator.
